Kyle and I were in Topperettes together throughout high school and during junior year, were the choreographers along with Chris Shanel. So we spent alot of time together making up routines. The 3 of us got close, and without Topperettes, we ran in different circles - so we might never have known each other so well.  What I loved about her most was how genuine she was, how  friendly and nice to everyone she just  naturally was. You just felt like you had known her forever - no pretense, no judgement, no gossip. Just pure Kyle. She was a sweetheart and I just hope her life was happy prior to her illness, and that her soul is peaceful.

I met Kyle for the first time during the "great snow storm" of 1967. She was walking to Jewel with her dad, I was walking with mine to the same place. Our dad's decided to walk up to Jewel to see if they had milk, they were going to make snow ice cream..

We thought it was so cool to be walking down the middle of North Ave without a car or snow plow in sight...

Kyle and I did not hang with the same crowd, yet everytime we saw each other we stopped, spoke, asked questions about what we were doing. Then marveled over the taste of "snow ice cream"....a beautiful memory that I will keep forever...

First time I met Kyle was in Junior High, she had a safety pin right below the big ring on the front of her zipper dress....apparently, Bernie Benard and Joe Halters and other guys from her grade school were enjoying pulling the rip cord!

Kyle was a big gymnastic supporter; loved to sing in the choir; one of the kindest hearts.  Was with Jim Boring and Todd Kuoni when we got rear-ended on North Avenue, while Todd was "driving by" her house.  Her folks helped us out...I had whiplash for a few weeks.

I remember our 35th at Shannons....she saw some guy that was dating her daughter while his regular girlfriend was at school.  He made the mistake of showing at Shannons with his regular girl - Kyle launched.   Very protective mom.   Very proud of her.

So sorry she's gone.   We all miss her.
