Bill was a real gentle soul...I remember a couple of math classes with him at GEJH (Morgan, Crenshaw) and how he came back in 8th grade having lost lots of weight. I also remember him in Gary Sinise's band (Half Day Road) with Chris Simpson and Stu Betts (and Gary Sinise).
I ran into Bill a handful of years after we graduated from West - he was married with a young son and loving life.
